    The class starts on Thursday, at 6:15PM. Please arrive early for the first class so the paperwork doesn't delay the class. Classes will be every Thursday.

    Classes will cost $19.00 per person. Sign up for the 8 class basic course and pay only $128.00 for all eight. You get a written form description after each class so you will be able to practice on your own.
    Bring a friend(s) or family member(s) and let me know by e-mail you are coming to the class and get a half price class if they sign up for the basic course.

Classes will start when three students have signed up.

    The basic first class will be 8 weeks and will cover the Wujigong short form, the Jade Power Qigong version of the 8 Section Brocade, several Zhan Zhuang (standing stake) forms and several Chan Si Gong (Silk Reeling) forms.
    Meditations/visualizations will include the spring rain, microcosmic orbit and the secret island. A relaxation self acupressure set will also be taught.  
    The basis of Chinese medicine will also be discussed, including Yin Yang, Five Element and Meridian theories.

    Please do not wear any scents, perfumes, colognes or scented cosmetics. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably with an elastic waist.
    Minimal jewelry, preferably no earrings. Bring sneakers or non-slip footwear or tabi. You can practice bare footed also. Cell phones & beepers off please.
